Using Flora
You may use Flora only lawfully and in a way that does not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorised access, or harm another person. Keep your account password and email recovery codes confidential.
An account is optional. You are responsible for using an email address you control and for the information you choose to record.
Predictions and health information
Cycle, period, ovulation, and fertility dates are estimates that can be wrong, especially with irregular cycles, health changes, stress, postpartum changes, or incomplete logs.
Flora is not a medical device, clinician, diagnosis service, emergency service, or contraceptive method. Do not rely on Flora alone to prevent pregnancy or make medical decisions.
Reviewed educational content is general information. It cannot replace advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.
Device-only data
Cycle records, body profile details, reminders, and journal entries remain on your device in this version and are not copied into your optional account.
You are responsible for retaining access to the device. Removing Flora, clearing its storage, or losing the device may permanently remove local records.
Notifications and reminders
During setup, you choose whether Flora may send cycle mood nudges and whether lock-screen wording is discreet or descriptive. You can change these choices in Settings.
Mood, period, fertility, protection, supply, and medicine reminders are optional prompts. They may describe things you could notice, but they are not diagnoses, medical instructions, or guarantees about what your body will do.
Account closure
You may delete your account at any time. In-app account deletion permanently removes the login and account profile without a waiting period, then clears Flora's local data from that installation. This cannot be undone.
If you no longer have access to the app, use the public deletion route to request removal of the online account.
Service availability
Flora may improve, secure, suspend, or discontinue online features. Reasonable care is used to operate the service, but uninterrupted availability and perfectly accurate estimates cannot be guaranteed.
Beta versions may contain unfinished features or defects. Use test data when a release is expressly labelled as a development or closed beta build.
